Dreamy development project in Prague

Citadel 16 is a development project in Prague. The location is particularly friendly because it is close to the planned underground station and several parks.

What houses can you find here?

There are 10 houses of 304 m2, and if that is not enough, 6 houses with a generous 405 m2.

The house’s ground floor can be adapted to your needs in the form of a gym, wellness with a swimming pool, home cinema, or a separate studio apartment.

How was HAST involved?

In HAST, we had 3 main responsibilities:

DOORS

We supplied 288 atypical doors.

Each door was ㅤ and had to be measured separately. We used veneered MDF with integrated sound insulation.

A sophisticated detail on the door is the non-rabbeted design with a magnetic lock and stainless steel hardware. Some doors have Satinato glass panels.

BATHROOM FACILITIES

We worked with a total of 55 bathrooms.

In the bathrooms we have made:

- window sills

- storage shelves

- mirrore lockers

- open lockers

- skin counters

Some of the bathrooms required a particularly sensitive and thorough focus because the individual elements were directly interconnected.

STAIRS HANDLES

The last part we worked on in the houses is the handles for all the staircases.
