How does the collaboration with project managers look like
The assigned project manager stays in contact with you from the beginning of the project to the end.
At the beginning of the project, you will establish:
– the timeline
– milestones
– intensity of communication
Then the project manager, together with the purchasing department, will start putting together all the materials and decorations that will be needed for the project.
When we have all the components in stock, we can start production. Our project managers know the production very well. They check the progress of container or furniture making and make sure the work is on schedule. You also receive regular updates and photos from the production process.

Once the furniture is made, project managers arrange transport to the site and make sure the installation goes smoothly.
And it’s done. You go over the interior to make sure everything is completed as you wish.
